Our Commitment
xx998 is an entertainment platform, and we want you to always be safe and happy. Online betting and casino games are primarily for entertainment — they are not a guaranteed source of income. That is why building responsible playing habits is very important.
We want every one of our members to play knowingly, within their limits, and with full awareness. That is why xx998 provides a number of powerful tools to help you easily stay in control of your play.
The minimum age to join xx998 is 21 years. We strictly prohibit minors from creating accounts and participating in games.
For those aged 21 and above only. xx998 makes no compromises on identity verification.
Responsible Play Tools
xx998 provides the following tools to help you stay in control of your playing habits. They are completely free and available to use at any time.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in advance. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you request an increase to your limit, xx998 applies a set waiting period so you can think your decision over once more.
Time-Out Break
Use the time-out feature if you want to take a temporary break. With this option, you can suspend your account for anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. During the break, you will not be able to participate in any games and no bonuses will be issued.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break, apply for self-exclusion. With this feature, your account will be closed for a set period or permanently. During self-exclusion, xx998 will not send you any promotional messages.
Session Time Alerts
To avoid the habit of playing for long periods, you can use the session time alert feature at xx998. Once a set amount of time has passed, the system will notify you — so you can make a conscious decision about whether to continue playing.
Review Play History
View a detailed history of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals at any time. This feature is very useful for understanding your spending patterns and identifying where changes may be needed.
24/7 Support Centre
If you feel you need advice or assistance at any moment, contact xx998 via live chat or email. Our trained support team is available in both Bengali and English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support email: [email protected]
Recognize the Warning Signs
If the answer to any of the questions below is "yes," consider seeking help. This is not a sign of weakness — it is proof of awareness.
- Do you spend more money than your set budget?
- Do you find yourself placing more bets to recover losses?
- Do you hide your betting from family or friends?
- Have you tried to stop gambling but could not?
- Are you having trouble focusing on work, studies, or family responsibilities?
- Do you feel an uncontrollable urge when betting that is hard to stop?
Principles of Healthy Play
Follow these simple rules to keep every session enjoyable at xx998.
Entertainment is the goal, not income
It is not right to think of betting as a primary source of income. Before playing, remind yourself — this is an entertainment expense, not an investment.
Set your budget and time in advance
Set a specific budget and time limit before each session and stick to them. Once the limit is reached, stop.
No betting on impulse
Avoid betting when you are upset, angry, or under stress. Play with a clear head — your decisions will be better.
Age Verification & Child Protection
xx998 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Age verification is mandatory at account registration. If there is any suspicion of a minor accessing an account, that account will be suspended immediately.
If you have children or teenagers in your household, keep your device and xx998 account secure. Do not share your password and do not leave your device in the hands of minors while logged in.
If you believe a minor has used or is using your account, notify our support immediately: [email protected]
